The El Reno Arts Council is inviting all children to come to Gadberry Park at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12 to take part in the “Art in the Park” program.
Kids can spend an hour learning stamp art creation. The program is free.

El Reno High School Class of 1956 held a get-together recently at a local restaurant with 11 graduates and three spouses attending.
If this group was still having reunions, this would be their 66th.
They try to meet once a month, with the next gathering set for 10:20 a.m.

A stray rain shower Wednesday night resulted in a double rainbow, first photo, to form over El Reno.
The second photo shows the same rainbow but with just a solo arc visible.
