Kenneth Royster

Services for Kenneth Edwin Royster were held Thursday at First Baptist Church in Okarche with Rev. James Inman officiating. Burial was Friday at the Pine Creek Cemetery in Lynchburg, Mo., under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Teddy Sullins

Body

Teddy L. Sullins was born in Elk City on Aug. 22, 1939. He joined the Oklahoma National Guard at age 15 and later served in the U.S. Air Force.

After his discharge he used his Air Force training in aircraft hydraulics to become a hydraulic specialist at Tinker Air Force Base.   

He was a former resident of El Reno and a member of the Mustang Church of Christ.

Teddy is survived by his brother, Billy Sullins of Edmond; sister, Freida Lundy of Elk City; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Lloyd Anthony

Graveside services for Lloyd Jasper Anthony of Ninnekah were held Tuesday, Feb. 13 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Minco, under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.

Lloyd passed away Feb. 5, 2024, at the Oklahoma Heart Hospital South in Oklahoma City. He born Nov. 18, 1940, in Bartlesville. He was raised in the Pocasset community and graduated from Minco High School.

A former El Reno resident, he was a carpenter by trade.

Adrian Elmo Anderson

Body

Funeral services for Adrian Elmo Anderson will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 12, 2024, at Trinity Baptist Church in El Reno, officiated by Rod Young. Interment will be in the Rush Springs Cemetery at 1 p.m. under the direction of Calloway Smith Cobb. Personal viewing will be held at Calloway Smith Cobb in Rush Springs.

Russell Cochran

Body

Russell Cochran was born Dec. 8, 1980, and went to be with the Lord on Jan. 27, 2024.

He was a loving father, amazing brother and a wonderful uncle.

He joined his parents, Tony and Kathy Cochran, and his beautiful sister, Misty Wilson, in heaven.

Russell leaves behind one child, Gauge Cochran (9). He is also survived by his three sisters, Desarae Cochran, Michelle Spone and Jackie Friese, and one brother, John Cochran.

He will always be remembered and missed by family and friends.

Kendall Wayne Watson, age 94, was called home to Jesus on Feb. 1, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Aldina Jo Watson nee Peterka of 65 years. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Watson of Reading, Kan.; his brother, Valdo Watson of Tulsa; his sister, Hollabelle Hunt of El Reno; and his sister, Voncialle Nisle of Camarillo, Calif.

Funeral services for James Harold Anquoe Sr. will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 at First Baptist Church of Anadarko with interment in the Anquoe Cemetery in Mountain View. Services are under the direction of Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home, Anadarko.

Marge Feddersen

Body

Heaven gained a true angel on Feb. 3, 2024, just nine days short of her 99th birthday. Marge (Smith) Feddersen was born southwest of El Reno to Leonard and Marie Smith. She graduated from El Reno High School and then attended Oklahoma Christian University.

After college she accepted a position as an educator prior to marrying Everett Feddersen on Feb. 10, 1945. The couple were blessed with three children, Connie, Steve and Phil.

Kenneth George Bennett

Kenneth George Bennett was born March 25, 1937, and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 4, 2024. Kenneth was the oldest son of George and Lavon Bennett. He was born on the NW Bennett Homestead in Washita County south of Colony, Okla.

Jerry Lee Lindsley

Memorial services for Jerry Lee Lindsley of Clinton were held Saturday, Feb. 3 at Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Adam Pearson officiating. Services were under the direction of Absolute Economical Funeral Home.

Jerry passed away Jan. 27, 2024, at the Clinton Veterans Center. He was born June 20, 1939, in Guthrie. He was a veteran and a carpenter by trade.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Tennie Lindsley; his wife, Delitha; brothers, Bob and Don; and sister, June Raper.
