On Dec. 13, 1931, Opal Louise Fisher was born in Longview, Texas, to the proud parents of Johnnie D. (Johnson) Earl and Odie Sanders, who preceded her in death. She was the eldest of six children.

Patsy Mackey

Body

Patsy Marie Mackey, 84, passed away Feb. 26, 2026. She was born in Murfreesboro, Arkansas, on Jan. 16, 1942, to her parents, Melvin Ralph Dixon and Ella Mae Peirce.

She married Bill Noble Mackey on June 11, 1957, and they shared 53 years of marriage together before his passing in 2011.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, her parents and her sisters, Pearly Choat and Mildred Jeanett Belt.

She is survived by her sons, Randy Mackey, Rocky Mackey, Robbie Mackey and Rodney Mackey, along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Joanne Kraus

Graveside services for Joanne Kraus will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, March 2 at the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Joanne passed away peacefully at her home in El Reno on Feb. 23, 2026. She was born March 29, 1940, in Shawnee.

Joanne dedicated many years working alongside her beloved husband, Henry, at El Reno Aviation before retiring.

She took great pride in their work and in the life they built together. Joanne was a devoted wife, mother and friend. 

James Ramsey Wiginton

James (Jim) Ramsey Wiginton went to be with the Lord on Jan. 6, 2026, after a long battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. He passed away at his home in Okarche at the age of 72, three days shy of turning 73. He was born Jan. 9, 1953, in Altus to J.L. and Loyce “Sis” (Schnorrenberg) Wiginton.

Norbert David Grellner

Body

Norbert David Grellner was born Dec. 29, 1936, in Okarche. He passed away at home in Okarche on Feb. 11, 2026.

Norbert proudly served his country as a member of the 45th Army Infantry Division of the Oklahoma Army National Guard.

Following his military service, he devoted the remainder of his life to farming and ranching. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Kingfisher County Cattleman’s Association.

Graveside services for Lizette Inez Barger were held Monday, Feb. 23 at the El Reno Cemetery with Rev. Dustin Rodgers officiating. Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home. 

Lizette died Feb. 18, 2026, at Select Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born Dec. 6, 1969, in Pawnee.

A longtime El Reno resident, Lizette was a homemaker.

Keith Harmon Terrell

Keith Harmon Terrell, age 72, passed away Feb. 16, 2026, following a lengthy illness. He was born May 26, 1953, to John and Marjorie Terrell in Kingfisher.

Keith graduated from Dover Public Schools and began a lifelong career in the oilfield. On May 20, 1972, he married the love of his life, Susan Earnheart. Together they built a family and a life defined by hard work, loyalty and love, raising three children, Brian, Leslie and James.

Wake for Kemah Charcoal will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, with funeral services at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21, both at the Concho Emergency Response Center.

Burial will be in the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home. 

Kemah died Feb. 15, 2026, at his home in Oklahoma City.
