Daniel Paul Gallagher

Daniel Paul Gallagher, 69, died Sept. 19 at Integris Health in Oklahoma City.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 24 at 2 p.m. at the First Pentecostal Church of God with Dub Cash officiating.

Daniel was born Feb. 9, 1953, in Jonesboro, Ark. He worked in the oil field in the ‘80s, then went to work for Gene Sears Supply where he worked until he passed.

Peggy Ann Hill

Peggy Ann Hill, 71, of El Reno. Oklahoma, passed away suddenly on September 13, 2022.

Peggy was born on June 5, 1951 to Charley and Ruth Chandler at El Reno Hospital. She attended El Reno High School then went on to study nursing at Redlands Community College in El Reno. After becoming a Registered Nurse, she began her 20 plus year nursing career and found her passion in geriatrics.

Dennis James Bushyhead

Funeral services for Dennis James Bushyhead were held Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022, at the Emergency Response Center in Concho, with burial following in the Concho Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Dennis was born July 6, 1955, in El Reno. He died Sept. 2, 2022, in Wichita, Kan., at the age of 67.

Dennis attended school in Newkirk and was an exceptional drummer and won several competitions for Newkirk High School. He later graduated from Arkansas City High School in Kansas.

Kyle Reydon Proctor

Funeral services for Kyle Reydon Proctor will be held Friday, Sept. 16, 2022, at 10 a.m. The service will be hosted by First Baptist Church in El Reno with Rev. Harold Petree officiating. Burial will follow in the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Kyle was born Jan. 27, 1961, in El Reno. He passed away Sept. 9, 2022, at his home in Franklinton, N.C., with his family by his side.

Kyle graduated from El Reno High School and attended Rose State College where he attained an associate degree in respiratory therapy.

Charles Keith Clark

Body

Memorial services for Charles Keith Clark of El Reno will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10 at Wilson Funeral Home with Colton Lott officiating. Burial will follow in the El Reno Cemetery.

Keith passed away Aug. 31, 2022. He was born March 6, 1942, in El Reno to his parents, Charles F. Clark and Vera P. (Hackett) Clark. He went to work for the Rock Island Railroad soon after graduation from El Reno High School in 1960, and was employed with the Rock Island until it closed its doors in 1980.

William Joseph Woods

William (Bill) Joseph Woods was born Feb. 23, 1944, in Union City on his beloved farm, to Robert and Ethel (Segress) Woods. He left his earthly home and joined our Heavenly Father on Sept. 4, 2022.

Bill grew up on the family farm in Union City, one of seven siblings, where he developed an affinity for hard work and love of the land. He graduated from Union City High School in 1962 and began his 43-year career as a lineman for Caddo Electric. He worked endless hours serving his community, going above and beyond to “keep the lights on.”

Alice Lavern (Kepler) Fancher

On Aug. 24, 2022, Alice Lavern Fancher peacefully passed away with her loving family at her bedside.

Alice Lavern Kepler was born Jan. 30, 1938, in the El Reno Hospital. Alice was one of three children born to Roy George Kepler and Ethel Celeste Patzack Kepler.

Alice and her family lived in rural Okarche until she was 10 years old and they moved to El Reno, living there until 1972. Alice was a 1956 graduate of El Reno High School.

Alma Anthony

Funeral services for Alma Marie (Charlton) Anthony of Oklahoma City will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7 at First Baptist Church of Union City, with burial following in the Hazel Dell Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.

Alma died Aug. 25, 2022, at her home in the Baptist Retirement Village, Oklahoma City. She was born Nov. 19, 1923, in Minco, and was raised in the Minco community.

She moved to Cordell in 1964 and later to the Baptist Retirement Village. Alma was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church in Cordell.
