David William Lagaly, 64, of Union City, passed away June 8, 2022, after a short illness. He was born in El Reno on Dec. 1, 1957.

Lagaly was predeceased by his parents, James and Lois Biller Lagaly.

Lagaly was a retired U.S. Postal employee, but farming was his lifelong passion.

Graveside services for Marilyn Kay Corn of El Reno will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, June 6, 2022, at the El Reno Cemetery. Come-and-go viewing will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Sunday, June 5 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday, June 6 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Marilyn passed away Saturday, May 28, 2022, at the age of 76. She was born April 29, 1946, in El Reno. She was the daughter of the late Merv and Pat Meyer.

Joe passed away May 19, 2022, in El Reno. He was born March 17, 1953, to Lila Lou and James Truby in Oklahoma City.

Gladys Rae Alexander

Gladys Rae (Horn) Alexander, 94, passed away May 28, 2022, in El Reno. She was born Nov. 10, 1927, to Joe and Bertha (Smith) Horn in Minco. Gladys attended and graduated from Minco Public School.

After graduation she started teaching, worked at the post office and was a registration clerk in the health-care business. Gladys married Truman Alexander on July 9, 1947, in Cogar. They were blessed with three children, Joe, Sue and Bill. She and Truman made their home in El Reno.

Joyce Aileen Wood

Funeral services for Joyce Aileen Wood of El Reno were held Friday, June 3, 2022, at Highland Baptist Church, with a private family burial at the El Reno Cemetery.

Joyce was born Nov. 5, 1943, in Chickasha to Jewell and John Stubblefield.

She was called home to meet her heavenly father at the age of 78 on the morning of May 29, 2022, with her loving family by her side.

Joyce graduated from Capital Hill High School in Oklahoma City.

She was a beloved wife and devoted and loving mother.

Betty June Selvidge

Memorial services for Betty June Selvidge were held Monday, May 30, 2022, at Church of Christ in Hinton with Jimie-Wray Mead and James Cudd officiating. Services were entrusted to Turner Funeral Home, Hinton.

Betty was born March 4, 1932, to Sam O. Thomas and Bonnie Katherine Honey in the house on her family farm 18 miles east of Hinton. Doctor A.F. Hobbs drove out to the farm in his Model A Ford to make the delivery before Highway 37 was constructed.

Betty passed away Thursday, May 26, 2022, in Weatherford at the age of 90.

Jeanne Duffy

A memorial service for Donna Jeanne Duffy will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 4 at the Kingfisher Cemetery with Alan Chamberlain officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Jeanne was born Dec. 16, 1952, in Champaign, Ill. She was a longtime resident of Kingfisher. She was employed by the city of Kingfisher as an accounts payable clerk and a member of the Goodtimers Extension Club.

Bobby Main

Memorial services for Bobby Lane Main of Minco will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 4 at Minco First Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Steverson officiating.

Bobby died May 27, 2022, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born Aug. 26, 1942, in Chickasha. Bobby was raised in the Tuttle area, attending Tuttle High School through the 11th grade at which time he joined the Army National Guard 45th during the Vietnam War. He was a chief operator for OG&E until his retirement in 1994.

Rollie Johnson

A memorial service for Rollie Lee Johnson will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 4 at Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Rollie died May 31, 2022, at Arbor House in Mustang. He was born May 19, 1937, in St. Edward, Nebraska. He served in the U.S. Army as a customs and immigration inspector before his marriage to Janice Weach on March 14, 1964, in Los Angeles, Calif. They lived in various places before returning to El Reno to be near family.
