Peggy Joyce Harbour, age 67, passed away April 23, 2025, in El Reno.

Services for Douglas Ray Oaks of Minco were held Friday, May 2 at Hazel Dell Baptist Church, with burial following at the Hazel Dell Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.Doug died April 27, 2025, in Oklahoma City.

James “Jim” Allan Williams Jr. passed away peacefully on Friday, April 25, 2025, at age 84. He was born Dec. 26, 1940, in El Reno to James Allan and Vivian Williams.Jim graduated from El Reno High School and then went on to pursue an education at Oklahoma State University.
