A graveside service for Marlene Walker-Payne will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 8 at the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.Marlene died Sept. 1, 2025, in El Reno.

Bernice Irene Ferrell was born April 29, 1933, on a small farm west of Alex, Oklahoma, to parents, Oscar and Mary Lavada Ferrell. She passed from this life on Aug. 24, 2025.Bernice, also known as “Lefty,” learned life disciplines, starting at the early age of 5.

Rylan Jabonn Flurry died Aug. 24, 2025, in Cashion. He was born Feb. 12, 2003, in Grapevine, Texas.In 2021, he graduated from Piedmont High School and went on to study at the University of Central Oklahoma, earning a bachelor of sociology degree.

Nick “Popsie” Morrison, 75, of Yukon, passed away Aug. 26, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.Born on April 25, 1950, Nick grew up in Union City, where he attended Union City High School.

Lois Marie Ratliff-Lewis-Horn was born June 10, 1933, in Hough, Texas County, Oklahoma, to parents, Emey Mae Lemon-Ratliff and Simpson Archelous Ratliff. She peacefully departed this life on Aug. 26, 2025, to be with her Lord and Savior in her heavenly home.

Susan Elizabeth Kirby was born Feb. 27, 1960, in Washington, D.C. to Ernest and Nadine Dorsey Kirby. She passed away Aug. 20, 2025, in Oklahoma City.The third of eight children, Susan’s family moved several times across the country during her childhood with her father’s federal prison career.

David Allan Mitchell, 79, was called to his heavenly home on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025, in Yukon. He was born Jan. 27, 1946, in Oklahoma City to James D. and Betty J. (Jackson) Mitchell.A 1964 graduate of El Reno High School, David went on to attend Southwestern State University for several years.
