Patsy Sue Doss, 85, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 6, 2026, at home with her family. She was born Dec. 22, 1940, to Russell E. and Lorene (Tatum) Muir in El Reno. She was brought home to the family farm in Banner, where she was greeted by her two older brothers, Thomas “Joe” and Russell “Ed” Muir.

Darlene LaBurta (Henrichs) Stover was called home by her Lord and Savior on Sept. 29, 2026, where she was reunited with her beloved husband. Darlene was born Oct. 12, 1932, to Marvin and Johanna (Ahlden) Henrichs in Okarche, Oklahoma.

Graveside services for Wanda Jean Tumelson were held Monday, Oct. 5 at Amber Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco.Wanda passed away Oct. 1, 2026, at her home in Hydro. She was born Dec. 6, 1935, in Amber, Oklahoma.

Funeral services for Jaynee Thomason were held Monday, Oct. 5 at Hinton First Baptist Church, with Rev. Tom Cooksey and Rev. Keith Gillham officiating. Burial followed in the Hinton Cemetery.

Darrel Leon Cooksey, 87, of El Reno, Oklahoma, passed away September 27, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Darrel was born on December 2, 1938, in El Reno, Oklahoma, to Edwin and Violet Cooksey. He attended Rich Valley Rural School before graduating from El Reno High School.

Violet Jean Bert peacefully entered into rest on Sept. 16, 2026, at the age of 93, at home with her family by her side. Violet was born at the home place, Zoletone (Mountain View) to Burton and Kate Kaltchallah Tonahcot.

Our much loved Donald Kelly died on August 4, 2026, at the age of 96, concluding what he often described as “a terrific life.”He was born in 1930 in Orange, New Jersey, to John L. Kelly Jr. and Marian Slater Kelly. He spent his youth in Maplewood, New Jersey, and graduated from Columbia High School.

Barbara Ann Musser was born March 20, 1937, in Mt. Pleasant Mills, Pa., to Walter and Hester Shaffer. Barbara passed peacefully Sept. 17 at the age of 89.She graduated from Middleburg High School in Pennsylvania in 1955. Barbara met her husband, Albert “Dutch” Musser in a deli in Selinsgrove, Pa.

October 28, 1968 – September 18, 2026Clayton Daniel Prairie Chief Jr., affectionately known as “Fritz” to his family and friends, passed away Friday, Sept. 18, 2026, in Norman, Oklahoma.Fritz was born Oct. 28, 1968, in Clinton, Oklahoma, to Clayton Daniel Prairie Chief Sr. and Louise Thunderbull.

Forrest Arthur Gragg, fondly known as Art, peacefully passed away at the age of 89 in the comfort of his home in Chickasha.Born on July 30, 1937, in El Reno, Oklahoma, Art was the eldest son of Forrest Alva and Marie Gragg, who preceded him in death, along with his stepdaughter, Wendy Hatcher.
