Swadley's still offering dine-in as well as curbside service

At Swadley’s, you can still dine-in. If you’d rather not, you can order online at swadleys.com or pull up to the drive-thru. Swadley’s also offers curbside pickup or home delivery through Postmates.

Get a Country Boy barbecue sandwich with two sides (fries, mashed potatoes, etc.) and a drink, all for $12.79. Choose between these meats (no ribs): sliced or chopped brisket, pulled pork, sausage, hot links, turkey or ham.

York All American

Peyton York, a freshman at Oklahoma City University, was recently named NAIA All American Cheerleader following tryouts last month. To achieve All American status, athletes perform a routine which includes jumps, tumbling and stunting. Offi cials judge the athletes and they must have a total score of at least 16 in order to be considered. York is currently on both the competitive co-ed and all-girl STUNT teams. (Courtesy photo)

Cracking coconuts

From left, Abigail Light, Haylee Romines, Kara Molas, Lori Merhib and Payton Germann are cracking coconuts to distribute to the entire Banner student body as part of a $15,000 federal grant awarded by the State of Oklahoma Department of Education to the Banner School Child Nutrition Program. This program encourages students to make healthy food choices and teaches them about nutritional value.
