Funeral services for Noel Ray Garrett of Cogar will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26 at Canaan Baptist Church, with burial following at the Springcreek Cemetery.Services are under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.Noel died Nov. 21, 2025, at his home in Cogar.

Dona K. (Clark) Mitchell, 86, a longtime resident of Bedford, Texas, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Nov. 16, 2025, in Lewisville, Texas.Dona was born in El Reno on April 30, 1939, to Charles F. and Vera P. (Hackett) Clark. Dona graduated from El Reno High School in 1956.
