Funeral services for Hermon Leo Mitchell of Minco will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church in Minco, with burial to follow in the Union City Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.
Mr. Mitchell passed away Feb. 25, 2020, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born Oct. 13, 1957, in El Reno.
Funeral services for Trey Schiffman were held Friday in the Benson Memorial Chapel with Pastors Josh White and Curtis Ivey officiating.
Trey passed away Feb. 23, 2020, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born April 6, 1984, in Weatherford, Texas. Trey was employed at Gemini Industries and was a member of Light Your World Church.
On Sept. 13, 2019, Trey and Kimberlea Campbell were married in Okarche. Kimberlea survives him.
Betty Modena Hutton, 88, passed away Feb. 26, 2020, in Oklahoma City.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Funeral services for Myrna Ruth Black of El Reno were held Thursday at the Concho Community Hall with burial following in the Concho Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
Myrna passed away Feb. 16, 2020, at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born Feb. 10, 1960, in Clinton. She graduated from Intermountain High School in Salt Lake City, Utah, and was a Northern Arapaho Ceremonial Woman for the Northern Arapaho Tribe as well as a homemaker.
Funeral services for Anita Renee Hunt of El Reno will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Benson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Cory Stanley officiating. Burial will follow in the Holy Trinity Cemetery in Okarche under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
Anita passed away Feb. 17, 2020, at her home. She was born May 20, 1960, in Enid and lived various places before moving to El Reno seven years ago. She was a homemaker and also worked as a secretary in the oil and gas industry and recently at Redlands Community College.
Renee was a member of the Catholic Church.
Funeral services for Lillian Ferne Young Burris of El Reno will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 21, 2020, in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, followed by interment in the El Reno Cemetery. Viewing will be held Thursday, Feb. 20 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home.
Ferne passed away Wednesday, Feb 12, 2020, at her home. She died peacefully with a Loving Care Health/Hospice team at her side.
Verna Thompson of San Antonio passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020. She was born in San Antonio on Oct. 15, 1941.
Verna is survived by her daughter, Stephanie, who with her husband, Scott, gave Verna her grandson, Bennett, and by her son, Andrew.
Graveside service for Rhonda Gail (Clouse) Branch will be held Saturday, Feb. 22 at 3 p.m. in the El Reno Cemetery. A memorial will follow.
Rhonda passed away the 28th day of January, 2020, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City after a long illness.
She was born on the 17th day of July, 1962, in Blackwell to Ruth Faye and Fred L. Clouse. She enjoyed the summers when she could camp, fish and host cookouts for her family. She wasn’t afraid of hard work and her family appreciated her sense of humor. She liked to laugh and make others laugh.
Memorial services for Rick Marinelli will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17 at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Okarche with Pastor Joel Heckmann officiating. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
Rick died Feb. 11, 2020, at his home in El Reno. He was born May 26, 1962, in Uniontown, Pa.
He was the manager of Phoenix Manufacturing in Oklahoma City and a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church and Storm Riders Harley Davidson Club in Moore.
Services for Tommy Cagle, 72, of El Reno were held Feb. 7 at Wilson Funeral Home, with burial following in the El Reno Cemetery.
