Brian Keith Davis, 60, passed away after a long and courageous 18-month battle against cancer on Jan. 27, 2021, with his family at his side.

Brian was born April 29, 1960, at Camp Hanford Army Hospital in Richland, Wash., to Lloyd and Velva Davis.

He grew up in El Reno and went on to marry Theresa Hodges, celebrating 35 years of marriage on Dec. 5, 2020. 

Brian retired from Oklahoma Natural Gas after 20 years and then went on to be an independent contract pipeline inspector from Arkansas to Texas to Wyoming until his cancer diagnosis.

Billy Earn Chapman

Billy Earn Chapman died peacefully at his home in El Reno on Jan. 27, 2021, with his family by his side.

Billy was born Aug. 27, 1930, in Bromide. A longtime resident of El Reno, he worked at Pan-Tex Cleaners for many years before retiring. In 1952, he married the love of his life, Bina Janice Faler, who survives him. 

Billy was an avid fisherman and a member of the Oklahoma Bass Association of the Deaf.

Delmond Gawhega Jr.

Body

Graveside service for Delmond Wayne Gawhega Jr. will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Concho Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday in the Benson Memorial Chapel. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Delmond died Jan. 24, 2021, at his home in Hammon. He was born May 30, 1974, in Clinton and was raised in El Reno, later moving to Ethete, Wyo. He returned to Oklahoma two years ago. Bubba was a carpenter and attended the Indian Baptist Church in El Reno.

Regina Coffey Alig

Regina Coffey Alig passed away peacefully on Jan. 24, 2021, in Houston, Texas. She was born July 22, 1944, in Pasadena, Calif., to Eugene and Lucille (Hufnagel) Coffey, both from Okarche. Regina was the oldest of nine children. She and her siblings grew up on the Naval Ordinance Test Station at China Lake, Calif., where her father served in the U.S. Navy and later as a civilian engineer.
