Taxidermist uses outdoor connections to help raise funds for worthy causes
Keith Hagen is a taxidermist. Which means he makes dead animals look alive. He’s apparently pretty good at it, too.
Another thing Hagen is good at is helping people. Especially people who are hurting or who may be struggling with serious health issues.
On Aug. 20, Hagen will put those people-helping skills to work again when he hosts the Southern Plains Outdoor Show. The event will be at the Union City baseball field at the corner of U.S. 81 and SH 152.
The show will feature all sorts of outdoor businesses and vendors as well as food trucks and prizes.
