Body The President’s and Dean’s Honor Rolls at Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Sayre and Yukon have been announced for the 2023 fall semester. To be listed on the President’s Honor Roll, students must earn all A’s in 12 or more hours during a semester.
