Graveside services for Patsy Lou Finch Clem of Yukon were held Wednesday, Oct. 5 at the Evergreen Cemetery in Minco, under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.

Patsy passed away Sept. 30, 2022, in Yukon. She was born Aug. 20, 1941, in Cogar. Patsy was raised in the Cogar community, graduating from Binger High School in 1961. She graduated from Oklahoma College for Women in Chickasha with a degree in elementary education and home economics. She attained her master’s degree from Central State University.

Lucille Todd

Funeral services for Lucille Tabor Todd were held Friday at Geary First Baptist Church with Rev. Jay Mule officiating. Burial was in the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Turner Funeral Home.

Lucille passed away Oct. 2, 2022, in El Reno. She was born Dec. 11, 1939, in Clinton, and grew up in Greenfield. Lucille loved to sew, loved beading and making shawls, cooking for everyone and playing golf.

Survivors include her children, JoElla Hamm and Joseph E. Todd Jr., and stepson, Curtis Big Eagle; sister, Peggy Dawson; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Marietta Cheryl Poe

Body

Funeral services for Marietta Cheryl Poe will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8 in the Benson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Mark Fryar officiating. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Marietta passed away Sept. 26, 2022, at her home in El Reno at the age of 77. She was born Aug. 24, 1945, at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Parris Island, S.C. She graduated from El Reno High School in 1963 and attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma in Chickasha where she earned a bachelor’s degree in education.

Louis Dorey

Body

Louis Dorey was born in Poteau in 1933 to Cleo Mildred (Hunter) Dorey and Louis Joseph Dorey.

On Sept. 26, 2022, he passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years old.

Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 30 at Evans and Miller Funeral Home, Tuttle.

When Mary Sue and Louis met through a mutual friend, she was living in Panama and he lived in Poteau.

The couple spent 47 years living in El Reno where they raised their children.

Felecia Kearney

Funeral services for Felecia Kearney of Chickasha will be held at 11 a.m. Sept. 29 at Shepard Street Christian Church, under the direction of Brown-Thomas Funeral Home in Chickasha.

Felecia passed away Sept. 19, 2022, at Grady Memorial Hospital, Chickasha. She was born July 22, 1954, in Oklahoma City.

She was an LPN for over 45 years. She worked for 33 years at Parkview Hospital in El Reno and retired from nursing at Grady Memorial Hospital in 2018.

She was a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church, El Reno.

Merilyn Senn Scott

Merilyn Senn Scott passed away Sept. 20, 2022, at her home in Prairie Village, Kan. She was born in Okarche in 1933. Merilyn grew up on a farm in Concho and graduated from El Reno High School in 1950.

After years as a full-time mother to seven children, she returned to school to complete her associates degree in medical records from Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City.

Merilyn was a devout Catholic and worked as a Communion Minister at the church and for the homebound and hospitalized.

Daniel Paul Gallagher

Body

Daniel Paul Gallagher, 69, died Sept. 19 at Integris Health in Oklahoma City.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Sept. 24 at 2 p.m. at the First Pentecostal Church of God with Dub Cash officiating.

Daniel was born Feb. 9, 1953, in Jonesboro, Ark. He worked in the oil field in the ‘80s, then went to work for Gene Sears Supply where he worked until he passed.

Peggy Ann Hill

Peggy Ann Hill, 71, of El Reno. Oklahoma, passed away suddenly on September 13, 2022.

Peggy was born on June 5, 1951 to Charley and Ruth Chandler at El Reno Hospital. She attended El Reno High School then went on to study nursing at Redlands Community College in El Reno. After becoming a Registered Nurse, she began her 20 plus year nursing career and found her passion in geriatrics.
