Mabel Reynolds

Graveside services for Mabel Reynolds of Rochester, Minn., will be held Saturday, Aug. 5 in the El Reno Cemetery with Darryl Bullock officiating.

Mabel passed away Nov. 24, 2022, in Rochester. She was born Feb. 24, 1920, in El Reno. She was retired from the government and was a member of the Eastern Star.

Mabel is survived by her son, Thomas Reynolds of Ferron, Utah; daughter, Vonne Mello of Stewartville, Minn.; sister, Willis Loyall of Edmond; and four grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Jerry Collins

Body

Graveside services for Jerry Allen Collins of Minco were held Wednesday, July 26 at the Evergreen Cemetery.

Services were under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.

Jerry passed away July 24, 2023, at the Tuttle Care Center.

He was born July 7, 1938, at the home place northwest of Minco.

Jerry was raised in the Cogar and Minco communities, graduating from Minco High School.

He was a farmer and dairy farmer all his life and a member of Minco Church of Christ.

June Keller

Body

On July 20, 2023, June Keller went home to be with her Lord. All 13 of her siblings and her daughter, Angela Matias, were waiting for her at the Golden Gates.

June leaves behind her twin sister, Joy Dye; her son, Andrew Keller; and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

A graveside service was held Monday, July 24 at the El Reno Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Body

Services for Mary E. Nusbaum will be held at 2 p.m. Friday in the Benson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Amy Briscoe officiating.

Burial will follow at Chapel Hills Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Walter Eisenman Jr.

Body

Services for Walter William “Billy” Eisenman Jr. of Minco will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 21 at First Baptist Church in Minco, with burial to follow at the Evergreen Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.

Billy died July 16, 2023, at his home. He was born Dec. 7, 1964, in El Reno. He was raised in the Cogar and Minco communities, graduating from Minco High School in 1983.

He was employed with Love Box Company for seven years, then with Lopez Foods until 1996. He was a member of Canaan Baptist Church.

Patricia Boswell

Body

Patricia “Pat” Josephine (Oldfield) Boswell, 82, of Yukon, passed away July 14, 2023, at Baptist Hospital, Oklahoma City.

Patricia was born June 18, 1941, in El Reno at home to Edward William and Bertha Florence (Kirby) Oldfield. She attended school in El Reno and graduated high school in 1959. She then attended Blackwood Business College and graduated in May 1961.

Patricia married Gene Boswell on Sept. 8, 1961, at the Nazarene Church in El Reno. From this union came one son, Prentiss.

Elden LeeRoy Eichholz

Body

Elden LeeRoy Eichholz went into the loving arms of his Lord on July 12, 2023, surrounded by his family. He was born April 16, 1924, in El Reno to his parents, Robert and Johanna Engbrecht Eichholz. He was raised on a farm in Okarche and graduated from Okarche schools.

Elden met the love of his life, Juanita Statton on a hayride, and they were married July 25, 1943, in El Reno. He owned his own shoe shop until his retirement. He was known as the Cobbler.

He loved being a snowbird and camping with his family.

Arnold Griesel

Body

Memorial services for Arnold Edward Griesel will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 19 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Oklahoma City, with interment with military honors in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.

Arnold passed away July 12, 2023. He was born Nov. 12, 1942, in Dalehart, Texas.

He graduated from Yukon High School in 1960 and served in the U.S. Air Force. He then went on to earn a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and computer science from Central State College.

Arnold is survived by his son, Keith, and two grandchildren.

Alda Lee Dorrough

Body

Alda Lee Dorrough was born Alda Lee Frost on Aug. 31, 1931, in Paris, Ark., to Gerdine and Perney Frost. He had one older sister and two older brothers. He was adopted at the age of 10 by Riley and Pearl Dorrough, his aunt and uncle. At that time he gained two more older sisters and two more brothers, one older and one younger.

He went to his heavenly home to be with his Lord on July 7, 2023, at the age of 91 years, 10 months and seven days.

Erick DeLayne Farley

Body

Erick DeLayne Farley was born Jan. 31, 1964, in Shawnee to Joe L. and Judy Lea (Austin) Farley. He passed away at the Hospice House in Oklahoma City on Sunday, July 9, 2023, in his recliner with his wife of 40 years, three children, parents, and dog, Jake at his side. He was 59.
