Owen punches state ticket in third regional

Body In her third appearance in the postseason, El Reno High School junior Lily Owen punched her ticket to this weekend’s Class 5A State Cross Country Championships.Running in the 5A West Regional in Moore, Owen posted a time of 22 minutes and 16.77 seconds to place 20th overall.
