El Reno ball carriers have accounted for 13 touchdowns over the first four games of the season. The Indians were hosting Noble Friday night.
After putting up 19 runs against Ardmore, El Reno High School’s softball team's offense cooled off in back-to-back losses last week.
El Reno dropped a 9-7 home game to Weatherford, the runner-up in District 4A-3, before hitting the road for a 9-1 loss to Class 6A power Edmond North.
Both losses were to teams with a combined 43 wins.
The non-district setbacks dropped El Reno to 19-12 on the season going into next week’s regional tourney.
