Mike Gene “Red” Garrett, 61, passed away Friday, April 3, 2020, at his home. He was born Nov. 26, 1958, at Hillcrest Hospital in Oklahoma City to Wesley “Buck” Claude and Leah Jean (Roberts) Garrett.
