The City of El Reno is expected to soon own property adjacent to The Filling Station at 120 S. Choctaw. The move comes after the city council agreed to a settlement with Ed Graham, who filed suit against the city after his property was condemned.

City Attorney Jana Knott said “in exchange for dismissal with prejudice of the litigation related to 112 S. Choctaw (Pour Choices) and no appeal by Mr. Graham, the city will be purchasing 112, 114 and 116 S. Choctaw for $312,500.00 and releasing a lien on Mr. Graham's property at 1121 S. Hadden.”
