While the win-loss record may not have reflected the abilities of the players making up El Reno High School’s softball roster, the coaches who faced the Indians knew it.

That knowledge and respect was reflected in voting for two postseason award lists which netted El Reno a dozen selections and a possibility for three All-State laurels.

El Reno High School’s football team climbed back into the chase for a playoff spot with last week’s 46-18 win over John Marshall.

The win boosted stats for both offensive and defensive players.
