Letter to the Editor: June is Men’s Health Month

Body

Letter to Editor:

Growing up in El Reno, I’ve seen the quiet strength our men carry, but I’ve also seen how often that silence becomes a burden.

June is Men’s Health Month, and I believe it’s time we talk about the hard stuff - our health, our struggles, and the pressure to stay silent. I’ve faced my own battles, and I’m still learning that taking care of myself is not weakness, it’s survival.

If you’re reading this and carrying something heavy, please know you’re not alone.
