Services for Sharon Sue Palmer were held Thursday, Dec. 17 at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Aaron Kotila officiating. Burial followed at the El Reno Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Damon Howard Wilbur was born Jan. 10, 1977, in Okarche to parents, Jack and Sharon Ashton Wilbur of El Reno. He attended school at both Darlington and El Reno Public Schools, graduating from El Reno High School in 1995 where he was perhaps best known for shaving a giant letter E into the top of his head for his senior football season. The color of the E changed from week to week, and it was a great source of motivation in the locker room.
Graveside services for Jessie L. Duffey will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 19 at the El Reno Cemetery with Rev. Garrett Miller officiating. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
Jessie died Dec. 14, 2020, at South Pointe Rehab and Care Center in Oklahoma City at 79 years of age. She was born May 9, 1941, in Oklahoma City. A former El Reno resident, she was retired from the Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan Program.
She previously owned and operated the Union City Cafe, Union City Grocery and D & J Quick Stop, all in Union City.
