Just a little time remains for registered voters in Canadian County to apply for absentee ballots to be mailed to them for the March 2 Calumet School Special Bond Election and the City of Yukon ONG Special Election, according to Canadian County Election Board Secretary Wanda Armold.

Applications for absentee ballots must be received by the county election board no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23 to be processed in time for the election.

Sarah Wiewel and Stephen Rasbold were engaged on Dec. 19, 2020.

The engagement took place at Harn Park in Oklahoma City, a favorite spot for the couple.

The engagement ring was a gold band from Rasbold’s late grandmother, Ruth Rasbold. A single diamond inserted into the ring came from Wiewel’s late great-great-aunt, Lois Madden.

No date has been set for the marriage at this time.
