Indians exit crazy regional run with pair of Ike losses

NOBLE – While El Reno High School did not emerge the winner of the Class 5A, West Region 1 Baseball Championship, it will go down as one of the more memorable postseasons for the Indians.

El Reno posted a 1-2 record, beating Southeast 16-0, to close the season with a 15-20 record. However, it was the two losses to Lawton Eisenhower, by scores of 4-0 and 9-1, which drew the most attention.
