Hub into the Hall of Fame

Hub Reed, longtime El Reno High School coach and educator, will be inducted into the Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame as part of the 2020 induction ceremony. The Tribune's Glen Miller will highlight Reed's career in a two-part series that begins this weekend.

Fixing the Mother Road

Canadian County has a road to fix, a historic one at that.

The portion of historic Route 66 that runs along the south side of Fort Reno, 12 miles to the Cherokee Trading Post, is the responsibility of the county.
