Body At 1:32 a.m. and 1:37 a.m. on March 26, surrogate Kiley Wiewel Davis gave birth to Isaac Andrew Rasbold, 4 pounds, 12 ounces, and John “Jack” Ronald Rasbold, 4 pounds, 9 ounces. Kiley then gave the identical twin boys to parents, Sarah Wiewel Rasbold and Stephen Matthew Rasbold.
