A few dozen patrons could be seen at Expedinture Brewery at any given time over the weekend. Canadian County's latest brewery had a grand opening stretched out for two days. Visitors purchased beer and entered in drawings for prizes.

Eight scorers were enough for El Reno High School’s boys basketball team to stay in the win column last week as the Indians got back to even ground in the Suburban Conference title chase. El Reno’s 60-53 win over the Bears lifted the Indians, ranked No.13 in Class 5A, to 11-10 on the season.
