Body Dr. Michael Furgeson, M.D., Ph.D., 68, passed away Saturday, Dec. 21, 2019. He was born Oct. 10, 1951, in Sherman, Texas. Michael married the love of his life, Tammi Furgeson, on St. Patrick’s Day 1990, sharing nearly 30 years of marriage.

Body Joye Earlene Reimers was born in Hinton on Aug. 14, 1927, to Samuel Earl and Darlena Ruth (Willingham) French. She peacefully departed this life on Dec. 22, 2019. Earlene attended El Reno High School where she played the coronet in the band and graduated in 1944.

Body Funeral services for Connie J. Shrum will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28 at Calumet Public Schools with Dr. Keith Weldon officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery west of Watonga. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Body Funeral services for Yvonne Marie Phelps of Cogar/Minco were held Friday at Cogar United Methodist Church. Services were under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco. Yvonne died Dec. 23, 2019, at St. Anthony’s Hospital in El Reno.

Body Funeral services for David Leslie Pawpa will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Concho Community Hall. Burial will be in the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home. Mr. Pawpa died Dec. 19, 2019, at Mercy Health Center in Oklahoma City.
