From the Superintendent’s Desk

Welcome to school year 2022-23!

The excitement and hopeful anticipation I feel at the beginning of a new school year has never faded, even though I am about to begin my 31st year in education. I am particularly eager to kick off this year as I am now serving as superintendent.

There are so many accomplishments made during summer and I want to share some of them with our community, as our faculty and staff have been busy!

Dear El Reno High School families:

I hope this letter finds you refreshed and ready to begin a new school year.

I am excited, along with the dedicated and enthusiastic staff, to welcome back all of our students. We are even more committed to our philosophy of reaching “Every Student Every Day.”

This ties directly into our mission at El Reno Public Schools to “Ensure every student’s achievement and inspire excellence.” The first step in fulfilling this mission is to help every student feel welcomed, connected, and a part of our EHS family.

We are stoked to begin a new school year at The Linc.

This year’s theme will be “Lincoln Vibes” and we plan to have them all. We plan on having a groovy time learning all about reading, writing, math, social studies and science.

You all are going to go bananas when you see your class this year. Our Kool Kat teachers have been preparing for your arrival and all things are off the hook for our students this year.
