The El Reno Wranglers met recently for their monthly gathering, with Julie Huber opening the meeting.

Club Queen Trisha Duncan and Princess Lidy Novak led in the flag salute, while Gary Sorrells offered prayer before the potluck supper. There were 19 members present. 

Guest speaker Twyal Hester with House of Healing shared information about the program, which offers equine assisted learning, life skills, foundational skills and Christ-centered lessons. 

Okarche High School FCCLA senior officers, along with adviser Jacqueline Radford, recently attended the FCCLA State Convention in Tulsa.

The Okarche FCCLA chapter received a Bronze Award for Chapter of Excellence as well as the 100% Membership Award.

MIDWEST CITY – After its top five golfers gave up 33 strokes to par over the opening five holes of the 2026 Carl Albert Invitational, El Reno High School’s boys golf team settled down to post a 12th-place finish in a stacked field.

The event also served as the 2026 Suburban Conference Boys Championship as six of the teams were in the field.
