Ernie Loganbill of Independence, Kan., carved a unique Swiss walking stick for the Honorary Swiss Consul of Western United States, Dr. Rico Buchli of Basal, Switzerland.

Loganbill presented the walking stick at a recent meeting in Oklahoma City. The walking stick was carved for the Consul to show appreciation for his contributions to Swiss families.

Dr. Buchli had contributed to the Zweiacher-Girard reunion and his contribution will be displayed on a stand along with the family cowbells from Switzerland.

Employees of Frontier Auto Group delivered cookies to El Reno Public Schools last week as a way to say thank you to local educators.
