McVay questions state’s in-school quarantine policy
El Reno Public Schools will not take part in the new in-school quarantine policy adopted by state leaders.
The Oklahoma State Department of Health approved the plan which will allow districts through Dec. 23 to implement an in-school quarantine policy for students who have been exposed to COVID-19 in the classroom. This means any student who may have been exposed to COVID-19 will have the opportunity to participate in distance learning in a school-supervised environment, according to the OSDH.
