The 41st Annual El Reno Community Christmas Dinner is coming together, but there are still some important ingredients needed, organizers said.

The dinner has been an El Reno staple now for more than four decades. It’s organized by the family of Dwight and Diane Kennedy with plenty of help from volunteers.

The Christmas Eve dinner will begin serving at the Family Life Center at Wesley Methodist Church, 100 S. Barker, at 11 a.m. Dec. 24.
