Shirley Antwine’s son had been arrested by Oklahoma City police at least 15 times when she called for their help again in the summer of 2021.

Henry was born Jan. 25, 1930, in El Reno. He was the son of Edward Marion Haley and Laura Alice (McCoy) Haley. He was predeceased by his parents and a sister, Marjorie Taylor of El Reno.

Jerry Jo Burke, formerly of El Reno, died July 4, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital in Oklahoma City. She was born Dec. 9, 1946, in El Reno. Jerry graduated from Hinton High School and was a member of the First Methodist Church in Hinton.

William G. Campbell, 84, of El Reno, boarded the Heaven Express for his journey home to his Lord on July 1, 2023. William was born Aug. 19, 1938, in Shamrock, Texas, to Edward W. and Zeda (Jones) Campbell.

Losing players to graduation is nothing new to Kristen Koehler, but even the veteran El Reno High School volleyball coach can see the 2023 season will be a different venture.

William “Tex” S. Titterington II, age 68, retired Lieutenant Colonel, U.S. Army, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023.
