Body The Enid Outlaws recently won the 2021 The Basketball League (TBL) Championship in their first year of existence. The Outlaws defeated the Syracuse Stallions 129-108 and 120-107 to sweep the title series of the 29-team league. Ten more teams are set to join the TBL in 2022.

Body Private services for Loretta “Ret” May Forkey will be held Friday, Aug. 6. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church with Rev. Cory Stanley officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Body Funeral services for Billy Mae Chadwick were held Monday in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in the El Reno Cemetery.  Billy passed away July 28, 2021, in Oklahoma City. She was born May 19, 1945, in Poteau to William and Alvessie Nelson.
