Friday last day to register to vote for upcoming elections

Body Friday, Oct. 9 is the last day to apply for voter registration in order to be eligible to vote in the Nov. 3 General Election, City of Oklahoma City Special Election and City of El Reno Ward 1 Council Member Election, said Canadian County Election Board Secretary Wanda Armold.

Some county workers could see hike in pay

Body Canadian County officials say nothing is more important than the well-being of their employees. Some of those workers could soon get a raise. At a recent budget meeting, commissioners and other county officers praised employees for how they have handled the COVID-19 situation.

Power of 100 women
