The ‘D’ in All-District

Body

Opposing coaches knew El Reno High School’s football team had improved its defense over a year ago and it showed by the Blue Crush holding teams to 1,300 fewer yards and 164 fewer points than its own offense. Those stats were a big reason behind El Reno’s defensive players being among the Indians selections to the 2019 All-District 5A-1 team in voting by league coaches last week.

El Reno landed six players on the senior-only team to go along with one offensive player.
