Billy Joe Webb

Billy Joe Webb was born May 15, 1935, in Union City to James Andrew “Andy” Webb and Katherine “Katie” Murphy McIntyre Webb. He was the youngest of eight children and was raised on a farm. He was a graduate of Union City High School Class of 1953.

After high school he attended college at Central State University in Edmond. He enlisted in the United States Army and served for two years.

On May 7, 1960, Billy married Janice Joan Williams and they established their home in El Reno. They raised three children, Kellie, Marcy and Joe, and were blessed with 51 years of marriage.

Vivian Jones

Body

Vivian Gayle Jones, 60, passed away March 22, 2022, in Oklahoma City, following a battle with blood cancer.

Vivian was born Dec. 16, 1961, at Travis Air Force Base, California, to Carol and Wilbur Bartholomew. She was raised with her three siblings, Eric, Laura and Wilbur. Following high school graduation, she attended college and went on to work as a paramedic for 20 years. 

Vivian was the mother to four children, Rebecca, Melissa, Mary and Joseph.

Jayden G. Morado

Body

Services for Jayden G. Morado were held Friday at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Lance Warren officiating. Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home. 

Jayden died March 26, 2022, at Integris Hospice House in Oklahoma City at 21 years of age. He was born Feb. 27, 2001, in Oklahoma City. He graduated from El Reno High School in 2019 and worked in remodeling and flooring.

Corinne R. Beck

Body

Corinne R. Beck, 96, passed away March 21, 2022, in Broken Arrow. She was born Feb. 17, 1926, in Buffalo to Archie V. and Ellen L. (Arney) Roberts. She grew up in Buffalo and graduated from Buffalo High School. She earned a B.S. degree in Vocational Home Economics in 1946 from Oklahoma College for Women and a master’s degree in City School Administration in 1969 from the University of Oklahoma.

Patsy Ruth Creed

Early in the morning on March 24, 2022, Patsy Ruth Creed of El Reno entered her new life in heaven. She is surrounded by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her brothers, Jack and Mark, sister, Mary, her mother, Ruby Mae, and her beloved grandmother, Mrs. W.B. Woolard.

Patsy was born in Durant on July 10, 1941. Her mother, Ruby Mae Woolard, passed away early in life. Patsy, along with her brothers and sister, were raised in the Baptist Children’s Home in Waxahachie, Texas.

Bonnie Lynn

Graveside services for Bonnie M. Lynn were held Tuesday at the El Reno Cemetery under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Bonnie passed away March 23, 2022, at her home with her son, Dan and daughter-in-law, Lisa by her side. She was born July 18, 1931, in Shelby County, Iowa.

Gary Ford

Proud U.S. Army and Coast Guard veteran Gary D. Ford passed away on March 21, 2022. He was born February 17, 1948, to parents, Thelma and Gary Ford in Alvin, Texas.

Gary enlisted in the U.S. Army on June 6, 1966, in Oklahoma City and completed basic training at Fort Polk, Louisiana. He went on to complete advanced infantry training at Fort Ord, California, and basic parachute training at Fort Benning, Georgia. He was assigned to Co. C, 6/9th Infantry, 171st Lt. Infantry Brigade in Fort Wainwright, Alaska.

Ann Gadberry Thompson

Ann Gadberry Thompson died peacefully March 22, 2022, surrounded by her loving family while listening to her favorite rock-n-roll tunes. 

Ann was born in El Reno on Dec. 21, 1937, to Luther and Nelle Gadberry. Two years later she was given her lifelong best friend and sister, Jane, and the two Gadberry sisters were from then on attached at the hip.

Linda Lee Kremeier

Our sweet mama, wife and Meme was called home on Saturday, March 19, 2022, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City to join her Lord and Savior, beloved son and parents.

Linda Lee Kremeier was born Jan. 4, 1949, to Lorenz and Betty (Espolt) Ahlden at Okarche Hospital.

She was the oldest of four children, and growing up she helped with the farming and dairy operation her family owned east of Okarche.

Linda graduated from Okarche High School in 1967. She married Donovan Kremeier on Dec. 28, 1968, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Okarche.
