Charles Alger, 79, beloved husband and father, was called to his eternal resting place on Jan. 12, 2020.

He entered this world on Nov. 23, 1940, in Union City to Roy and Edith Alger.

Charles was preceded in death by his father, Roy, and mother, Edith; brother, Roy Jr.; and sister, Lena Pittman.

Paul Kent Russell

It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Kent Russell announces his passing on Thursday, Jan. 9, 2020, at the age of 53. He was born Nov. 21, 1966, in El Reno to Donald Russell and Susie (Catto) Henry.

He was preceded in death by both his parents and grandparents, Bill and Wilma Edwards and Willie and Clora Russell.

Paul was a devoted husband and grandfather, his greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and taking them fishing. He was meticulous in everything he did, he instilled that in every aspect of his life which made him the man he is today.

Funeral services for Bethany Jo Meyers of Minco will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Minco First Baptist Church, with burial in the Pilgreen Cemetery in Conroe, Texas. Services are under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home.

Bethany passed away Jan. 11, 2020, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. She was born Oct. 4, 1999, in Palestine, Texas. Bethany was raised in Texas and attended Pasadena High School. She moved to Minco in 2016 and began classes at Minco Public Schools.

Funeral services for Debra Colleen Allen, 63, of El Reno will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Yanda & Son Funeral Home Chapel in Yukon. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday.

Debra passed away Jan. 12, 2020.

Celebration of Life service for Robert Dean Leck was held Friday, Jan. 10, 2020, at First Baptist Church in Bowlegs with Randy McCown officiating. Burial followed in the Little Cemetery, Little, Okla.

Casket bearers included Joseph Leck, James Leck, Gary Belcher, Josh Dunagan, Jeremiah Dunagan and Rodney Troglin. Honorary bearers were Gabriel McCown, Bryan Goodwin, Josh West, Jason Goodwin and Zac Hart.

Robert passed away Jan. 6, 2020, at his home in Somonauk, Ill. He was born Dec. 2, 1972, in Seminole to his parents, Walter Karl Leck and Susan Kay (McCown) Leck.

Prayer service for Marilee Jean Church was held Wednesday at Sacred Heart Church. Mass of Christian Burial was held Thursday at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Lance Warren officiating. Burial was in the El Reno Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Marilee died Jan. 6, 2020, at Integris Hospital House in Oklahoma City. She was born July 17, 1954, in Perry, the daughter of Melvin and Mary Cantrell Inselman.

Miriam D. Buford passed away Jan. 3, 2020, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

A wake for family and friends was held Friday, Jan. 10 at the Word First Ministries Church, 10220 N. Western Avenue in Oklahoma City.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, also at the church with Pastor H.J. Gunn Jr. officiating. Burial will be at 3:30 p.m. Saturday in the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Mr. LeFever passed away Dec. 7, 2019, in Hermleigh, Texas. He was born Feb. 26, 1930, in Calumet to Byron Russell and Alice Lodema (Gill) LeFever. Donnie was an avid basketball and baseball player and he loved to fish and travel.
