Ruth Louise (Wilkerson) Wallace passed away July 20, 2021, in Yukon. Louise was born Dec. 14, 1925, in Banner to parents, Harry Brian Wilkerson and Lulu (Schumacher) Wilkerson. She was a lifetime resident of Canadian County, graduating in 1943 from El Reno High School. After high school she trained as a nurse through the Cadet Nurse Corps program at Western Oklahoma State Hospital in Clinton, graduating in 1946.

Pauline Harjo

Funeral services for Pauline Blind Harjo were held Thursday at Geary First Baptist Church with Rev. Jay Mule and Rev. Patricia Stoneroad Waysepappy officiating. Burial followed in the Sunset Cemetery in Geary, under the direction of Turner Funeral Home of Hinton.

Pauline passed away July 15, 2021, in Riverton, Wyo. She was born July 29, 1938, in Concho. She was full-blood Arapaho and an enrolled member of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes. Pauline graduated from El Reno High School and Southwestern Oklahoma State University, earning a master’s degree in business administration.

Tina Sealy

Funeral services for Tina Lynn Sealy will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 24 at the Concho Community Hall. Burial will follow in the Concho Cemetery under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Tina died July 18, 2021, at Integris Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. She was born Aug. 4, 1965, in Daly City, Calif., and was currently living in Oklahoma City. She was a homemaker and a member of the Chief Cornerstone Baptist Church in Geary.

Jackson Ross Phillips

It is with deep sorrow and much love that the family of Jackson Ross Phillips announce his passing on July 16, 2021.

Jackson was born July 14, 1993, in Cerritos, Calif. He moved with his family to Woodward in 1996 where he then attended Woodward Public Schools while also studying at High Plains Vo-Tech and became a state certified welder.

Funeral services for Joan Marie Williams were held Tuesday in the Benson Memorial Chapel with Pastor Jeff Klade and Deacon Max Schwarz officiating. Burial followed at Holy Trinity Cemetery in Okarche. Services were under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

Joan passed away July 15, 2021, at her home in Kingfisher. She was born Nov. 29, 1953, in Paris, Ark. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church, El Reno.

Funeral services for J.R. White will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Benson Memorial Chapel, under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.

J.R. passed away July 17, 2021, at his home in El Reno. He was born June 1, 1944, in Geary. J.R. was a member of the Baptist church and American Legion Post 34. He worked in the maintenance department at Great Plains Correctional Facility and in the construction field for many years.

Wiley T. Hubbard

Wiley T. Hubbard passed away at his home in Okarche on Monday, July 12, 2021, at the age of 80.

Wiley was born to George and Vada (Hambrook) Hubbard on Sept. 2, 1940. He was raised on the family farm in Altona. Wiley graduated from Omega High School in 1958.

During his high school years, he was very active in FFA and spent many hours on the basketball court.

Allen Joseph McCracken

Funeral services for Allen Joseph McCracken were held Thursday, July 15, 2021, at Bethel Community Church in Yukon with Ray Rhoton officiating. Services were under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.

Mr. McCracken entered heaven on Friday, July 9, 2021, at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born Nov. 26, 1941, in El Reno. Allen served in the Army before entering into the Reserves four years later. He married Judy Kay Cowan on July 20, 1973, and raised their family in Yukon.
