Body The Canadian County commissioners meeting was filled this week with vendors interested in helping build a new District 3 shop building.Commissioners opened 22 bids submitted by 18 companies for the project planned at the District 3 yard, 1205 N. Calumet Road.

Body Thomas Lucien Hamby passed away Aug. 9, 2025, at his home in El Reno. He was born June 27, 1939, in the Caddo Clinic to parents, Thomas Wilbur Hamby and Mary Jane (Schooling) Hamby. Tom graduated from El Reno High School in 1957.
