Body El Reno’s T.J. Dill has been named as deputy director of the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority. Dill most recently served as chief engineer since April 2023, overseeing engineering, construction, maintenance, right-of-way and utilities along Oklahoma turnpikes.

Body Charles Franklin Severns Sr. passed away April 17, 2024, in Oklahoma City. Frank was born April 26, 1934, in El Reno. He graduated from El Reno High School in 1952. He served as a staff sergeant in the Air Force.
