Body An open house last week was held to celebrate the new Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes El Reno Indian Health Center. The 16,000-square-foot medical clinic on Parkview Drive is a partnership between the C&A and Indian Health Services. Capt. Joe Bryant of IHS was on hand as was C&A Gov.
