County makes changes to tax payments

Body Gary Lee Worthington (Kiowa name “Red Cloud”), 51, was born Jan. 27, 1969, in Okmulgee to M. Wayne Worthington and Francine (Doyebi) Worthington. Gary passed away Dec. 10, 2020, at Norman Regional Hospital. Gary graduated from El Reno High School with the class of 1988.
