Body HARRAH – Returning three years later to the court where he logged his 200th career win during his first stint as head coach, El Reno High School’s Rodney Haydon opened up his second run as the Indians skipper in a big way.

Body The first tournament weekend of the season for Canadian County’s small school basketball programs netted three trophies including a title for the undefeated Calumet High School boys.

Body Canadian County Treasurer Carolyn Leck said because of COVID-19, her office is utilizing a lock-box payment system with the bank for mailed-in payments.  Leck said the program is “extremely efficient but does take a few more days for a check to clear the bank of origin.

Body Gary Lee Worthington (Kiowa name “Red Cloud”), 51, was born Jan. 27, 1969, in Okmulgee to M. Wayne Worthington and Francine (Doyebi) Worthington. Gary passed away Dec. 10, 2020, at Norman Regional Hospital. Gary graduated from El Reno High School with the class of 1988.

Body Services for Sharon Sue Palmer will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church with burial to follow at the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home. Sharon died Dec. 11, 2020, in Oklahoma City.  

Body Celebration of life services for Andy Logan Snow were held Monday at First Baptist Church of Hinton with Rev. Keith Gillham officiating. Services were under the direction of Turner Funeral Home. Andy passed away Dec. 11, 2020, at his home in Yukon. He was born Oct.
