Kolar waives his right to jury trial in death of son

Body The man charged with leaving his young son to die in a pickup on an August day in 2018 will be sentenced for his crime after waiving his right to a jury trial. Adam Kolar is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his 3-year-old son, Ryker.
