Body Funeral Mass for Jose Ramon Borjas-Ramos will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 29 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services are under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home.  Jose passed away Aug. 26, 2020.

Body A race has developed for the Ward 1 El Reno City Council seat. Canadian County Election Board Secretary Wanda Armold said Jacqueline Stevenson-Smith, 42, filed for the seat on Monday, while Steve Jensen, 53, filed on Tuesday. The filing period closes at 4:30 p.m.
