Orby F. Meyer, 83, passed away Friday, July 3, 2020, at CuraHealth Hospital in Oklahoma City, with his family at his side.

Orby was born Nov. 9, 1936, in Madison, Wisc., to Ervin and Ella (Sonnenberg) Meyer. He grew up in Westfield, Wisc. Orby began working in his father’s barber shop in Westfield as an apprentice barber in 1955. He received his Master Barber License in 1959, his Shop Manager License in 1960, and later owned the barber shop from 1961-1974.

Mass of Christian Burial for Frances M. Mosby will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 22 at St. John of Nepomuk Church in Yukon with Revs. Rex Arnold and Robert Strittmatter and Deacon John Teague officiating. Burial will follow in the El Reno Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Huber-Benson Funeral Home.
