El Reno was blanketed with its first snow of the winter last week, with more than 2 inches falling which was enough to close schools for two days.
It was a common sight in virtually every high school across America. A teenager would hide behind a door during recess, go into a bathroom or walk a short distance from the school on lunch break to light up a cigarette.
Now, it’s the same story but in a different form — an electronic one.
At various El Reno schools, kids have been caught vaping on numerous occasions. Every so often, the devices even contain THC, the psychoactive compound of marijuana.
